Clackamas Middle College Community,
This communication pertains to a special day we are having to help each student succeed at Clackamas Middle College (CMC). Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 17, we will be having a Student Support Day at CMC. This day will allow us to work with students struggling in classes due to skill deficiencies, absences, missing work, or low test scores.
If you are receiving this, your child is doing well in all classes and doesn’t need to attend school tomorrow, Wednesday, May 17th. If, however, your child wants to attend the Student Support Day to get work done or get extra help, we would be happy to have them. There won’t be any new material taught in classes as staff will be working with students to improve their performance in each class.
We wanted to congratulate the families of students doing well in classes and give them an opportunity for time off as we head into the last stretch of our second trimester. We are very proud of our students who are doing well as they are great leaders who model high expectations and student success.
