DECISION DAY SURVEY
Dear CMC Class of 2024 Graduates and Families,
We want to celebrate our Graduates who have made a "Decision" about their future plan. For many, it's college. For others it's the military. Still others will choose an apprenticeship, or a trade school such as cosmetology or culinary School.
Please fill out the form and upload a photo of you representing your DECISION! This might be a college or military shirt, scrubs, a chef hat, a construction hard hat, etc. If you haven't obtained any gear, make a sign to hold in the photo! The final date for submission will be May 10th.
