Below is information regarding our two School-Based Therapists, Kellie Rickabaugh & Shyanne Holton. Please follow the steps below to place a referral and schedule an appointment.  You can submit the referral yourself by clicking on the #2 link below.

Meet Shyanne Holton:
Shyanne Holton is a Clinical Social Work Associate in Oregon who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master's of Social Work from Portland State University. Shyanne believes in a wholistic, trauma-informed approach to working with clients. In her spare time, Shyanne enjoys sports like basketball, taking long walks with her dog, and listening to music.

Meet Kellie Rickabaugh 
Kellie Rickabaugh is a Licensed Clinical  Social Worker. She has a Master of Social  Work from the University of North Dakota.  
Kellie works from a strengths-based, relational, and client-centered approach,  using therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy,  and mindfulness. She specializes in ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, OCD,  stress management, depression, and trauma.  In her spare time, Kellie enjoys practicing yoga, being active outdoors, cooking, and learning new recipes.  

Services Offered:

 Individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy

Please follow the directions below:

The following steps are required for students to receive School Based Therapy Services at CMC:


1.      Talk to your child’s school counselor about your interest. (Or you can complete the referral yourself by clicking on the link below).


2.      Contact the Lifestance referral coordinator:   https://www.westernpsych.com/services/school-based-programs/referral  (You can complete this yourself on your own)


3.      Complete the intake packet and return it to your child’s school counselor or Lifestance’s referral coordinator.


4.      Lifestance referral coordinator will schedule an initial intake session with a therapist. (Be sure to answer the phone to unknown numbers...they will only call twice before dropping services)


5.      Services can begin at school – hooray!
