Friday, February 10th
Permission Slip & Payment are DUE by Monday, Feb. 6th (no late slips will be accepted since we only have 50 tickets for sale)
Meet at CMC at 5:00pm
(Students are NOT allowed to drive themselves, must take the bus with us to and from)
The bus will leave CMC at 5:00pm
The cost is $15.00 per person, give Crystal cash or a check payable to CMC. (Due Mon. Feb. 6th)
Permission slip is required with payment, return both to Crystal at the same time, please.
The Permission Slip is attached and there are copies on Crystal's desk.
