Period 1 (Synchronous) Begins 10:30am - CMC's Schedule for Thursday, Feb. 18th Below with 2 hour delay

 

Dear CMC Families,

All Comprehensive Distance Learning classes will be held on Thursday, February 18, beginning two hours later at each school to allow staff who are without power or internet access to get to a different location and set up equipment for Comprehensive Distance Learning. Specifically, CMC's schedule for Thursday, February 18th is listed below:

• Period 1 (Synchronous)- 10:30-11:30am (1hr)
  • Office Hours-Period 1- 11:30-11:45am (15 min)
• Period 2 (Synchronous)- 11:55-12:55pm (1hr)
  • Office Hours-Period 2- 12:55-1:10pm (15 min)
• Lunch-1:10pm-1:40pm (30 min)
• Period 3 (Asynchronous)- Office Hours-Period 3- 1:40-1:55pm (15 min)
  • Period 3- 1:55-2:35pm (40 min)
• Period 4 (Asynchronous)- Office Hours-Period 4- 2:45-3:00pm
  • 3:00-3:40pm (40 min)

We know that many families are still without power and/or Internet, therefore, all Comprehensive Distance Learning instruction in the next two days will be recorded and posted for future reference by students. No graded work will be assigned. Teachers understand that not all students will be able to access classes. It is also possible that some teachers may not be able to log in. We appreciate your patience and grace in understanding.

As a reminder, food deliveries are canceled this week due to many downed power lines and trees blocking roadways. 

Weekly meals for students ages 18 and younger, including siblings will be available for pick up at the following times and locations:

• Thursday, Friday 9:00 am -2:00 pm at Milwaukie High, Clackamas High, and Alder Creek Middle School
• Wichita Center Food pick up is also available Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00
