Hi,

It is time to return your Pathways and CEO Textbooks. ALL Textbooks need to be returned please.

Please drop off your textbook(s) on Monday, June 8th or Wednesday, June 10th from 9:00-11:00am.

There will be a big box in front of CMC....Please drop the book(s) off in the box by the front door of CMC. To be covid safe we ask you to drop off the book in the box only (not in the building).

If you are needing reimbursement, please complete the attached form and email it back to me with a copy of the receipt. I will then get it to our bookkeeper and you will receive a check in the mail.

If you are getting reimbursed, please put your original receipt inside the book(s) you are returning Monday or Wednesday 9-11am. But it is important you email me back the form and copy of receipt....I want to be covid safe so I won't be touching those books for awhile...so I wouldn't find the receipt to get your reimbursed. VERY IMPORTANT you email it to me with attached form to be reimbursed.
