CEO Student Support 23-24 Assignments

Hello CEO students!

Welcome to Week 8! Registration for Fall term CCC classes starts this week!  Your registration window likely opens Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of this week. If you're graduating from CMC and NOT attending CCC in Fall of this year, please disregard this message 😀  
Please sign into your MyClackamas portal and go to the Self-Service menu (then click on "Student Planning" and "Go to Plan and Schedule" then click on the arrow to view Fall Term) for your registration day and time. I have included resources, reminders, and where/when to access help from me in the upcoming weeks below - please read carefully!!


All plans are updated - please look at your CMC ed plan and tracking form to see what you have left to complete for your diploma/degree.
I have a lot of open drop in times this week to help with scheduling and registration support - please use this time! They are listed below. I cannot meet individually this week with all students, this is what the drop in times are for.
Feel free to email me questions if you cannot attend any of the drop in times this week. 
I sent out a link to schedule individual meetings next week - please sign up for a meeting (all students should be using this link)

Please do not stress - if there is a class you know you want to take, go ahead and register for it!! We can always adjust later if needed. This is a very early for fall registration and classes do not fill up as quickly this time of year (with some exceptions for ceramics, etc).
CEO Registration Support Sessions: I will be available for drop-in registration support sessions during the following times (NO APPT NEEDED): 
Tuesday 5/21 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in my office & virtual at the CEO Student Support Google Classroom meeting link   
Wednesday 5/22 from 9:45 am - 11:15 am in the CMC Commons outside of Ameena's room 
Thursday 5/23 from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm in the CMC Commons outside of Ameena's room
Thursday 5/23 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - in my office & virtual at the CEO Student Support Google Classroom meeting link

Hello CEO Students!

All CEO Students are REQUIRED to submit their current grades and participation feedback (if available) in ALL classes (CMC & CCC) to me by email at [email protected] or turned in to this google classroom due next Friday, May 10th. Please take this next week to check in with your teachers and find out what your grade is in each class, if available.

An email to your instructors is sufficient, and please forward me their response. A screenshot of Moodle or StudentVUE gradebook will also be sufficient if accurate and easy to read. Please send me your grade for each class no later than Friday, May 10th (by 11:59pm!) Thank you!!

***PLEASE NOTE - If you're taking ESR-173 with CMC this term please check under the "Grades" tab on Moodle and send me a screenshot instead of emailing your instructor*** I also have all ART-115 and ENG-230 grades from the instructors already - no need to email them!!!

I am hoping you could send me my current grade in your class and any feedback about my work or participation that might be helpful in order to be successful in your class. If possible, I need to know what my grade is by Thursday, May 9th in order to let my high school counselor know what my progress is in your class by Friday, May 10th.
