Today we will continue to "visit" the public colleges in Oregon state and elsewhere. Here are your choices for today:

-Continue to explore the public colleges of Oregon, which are already linked here. Take notes on your note-taker sheet.
-Choose another college that you're interested in, go to their website and see if they have a virtual tour, and take notes on on your note-taker sheet.
-If you don't have any ideas for other colleges you're interested in, try out the "Big Future" website (linked below). Put your info in the filters, and see what comes up!

Be ready to share your thoughts on these questions when we come back together as a group: (1) What gets you excited/motivated when it comes to college plans? (2) What barriers do you foresee? (3) What are some strategies you can use to overcome those barriers?

After exploring these websites, open the Google Doc, find your name, and write the things you noticed as you explored.

As of today, are you interested in applying for the Pathways program? Why or why not? (briefly)

Please take a look at your response to the Areas of Study and Career Categories responses from last term on the attached spreadsheet.
Then, go to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics website and browse around.
Choose some places to focus in on, and complete the attached graphic organizer to capture your thinking.
