You will also need the article linked here, and the "Lesson Activity" is your own copy to write on when it's time to make a winter wellness plan.

You only need to fill this out if you want to apply to the college program. If you don't want to apply, just note that at the top and turn it back in (that way it will stop showing up as a missing assignment).
I wanted everyone to have it so you know what to expect.
