Communication/Dates for The Class of 2026

To help you stay on track, here is the graduation preparation schedule organized by due date. Please ensure all digital submissions and surveys are completed on time to ensure your inclusion in the ceremony and slideshow.

 

Graduation Surveys

 

CMC Website Graduate Feature

    • Date: Ongoing through Summer 2026.
    • Action: Email your senior photo (JPEG, TIFF, or GIF) to Crystal to be featured on the school website. You can also request that your Synergy school photo be used if you do not have a professional senior photo. 

 

Graduation Slideshow Submissions

    • Due Date: Friday, May 1, 2026 (No late submissions accepted)
    • Action: Email the following to Crystal at [email protected]:
      • 3 Electronic Photos: Ideally, one baby/elementary, one middle school/sports, and one high school/senior photo.
      • Senior Quote from Student: 35 words or fewer (include credit for known quotes).
Note: Failure to submit by the deadline means only your name will be displayed during the ceremony.

 

Mandatory Graduate Meeting-This is a mandatory meeting for ALL GRADUATES (Even if you are not walking in the Ceremony) - work schedules will need to be adjusted so you can attend this important meeting. 

    • Date & Time: Tuesday, May 5, 2026 | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    • Location: CMC Commons
    • Agenda: Class of 2026 group photo
      • Cap and gown pickup (If they have arrived)
      • Financial aid (FAFSA/ORSAA) and Graduation Checklist review.
      • Details for Recognition Day (May 22) and the Commencement Ceremony (May 29).
      • If you know where you are going to college, wear your college gear for a photo. 
      • There will be a Class of 2026 photo booth, and we will be giving away the raffle prizes from Oregon Goes to College Application Day.
      • Wear your college or career gear!

 

Graduation Eligibility

      • Friday, May 15th: You must have passing grades by today to participate in the graduation ceremony
      • Summer School: If required for your diploma, you must be fully registered to be eligible to walk

 

CMC Recognition / Celebration Party

    • Date: Friday, May 22nd 
    • Time:  9:00am-10:30am-CCC Harmony Campus
      • Following the Recognition Ceremony, we will go bowling and have lunch at KingPins
      • All graduates should plan to attend, and parents are encouraged to attend as well.

 

Graduation Ceremony & Mandatory Rehearsal Details

 

Date: Friday, May 29, 2026 Location: Rolling Hills Community Church (3550 SW Borland Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062)

    • Mandatory Rehearsal: Friday, May 29th at 12:30 PM.
      • Transportation: A bus departs CMC at 12:00 PM, or you may drive yourself.
    • Arrival for Ceremony: Graduates must arrive by 6:20 PM for the group photo. Line-up begins at 6:45 PM.
    • Ceremony Start: 7:00 PM Sharp.
    • Guests: No limit on the number of guests; no tickets are required.
