Save the date for the 22nd annual NW Youth Careers Expo, the Northwest’s leading career-exploration experience for high school students.

School groups attend for about 2 hours at staggered arrivals. Applications will open later this fall. (If you no longer want to receive Expo communications, reply and say “REMOVE.”)

The nonprofit Portland Workforce Alliance’s 22nd annual Expo is a chance for your students to learn about careers in health care, technology, construction, manufacturing, business, the arts and more, while exploring postsecondary options as well. Our last Expo featured 230+ exhibitor booths representing the region’s top employers, and it attracted more than 5,700 students and educators from 85+ high schools.

At the Expo, your students can:

Discover different career paths

Participate in hands-on activities and training simulations

Participate in mock job interviews

Attend career-readiness workshops

Try out equipment from 3D printers to health manikins

Talk with professionals about their careers and education

Explore summer job and volunteer opportunities

Your team at the Portland Workforce Alliance
