Permission Slip Required - See Attached
If you want to leave when we return at 1:00pm, parent permission is required on the permission slip.
We will depart CMC 1st thing in morning, do not be late please.
Cost for this Field Trip - 1 Can of Food for the Food Drive

Reminders:
* Wear socks, hats, gloves, and coat - Dress Warm - It is cold in the ice rink
* Bring Money for Snack Stand
* Permission Slip and 1 Can of Food are Due by Tuesday, Dec. 16th
* Students must take the bus, can NOT drive themself
* Indicate on Permission Slip if your student can leave early for winter break when we return at 1:00pm.
* Don't be late, you do not want to miss the bus.
* School Wide Field Trip - No Classes at CMC, building will be closed while we skate.
