Hello all!!
This Friday, May 12th during lunch (12-12:45), there will be a meeting for the CMC Latinx Affinity group in the CMC conference room! Come join us!! Lunch will be provided :)
In previous meetings, we discussed sharing aspects of Latinx culture and the vast diversity within Latin America and Latinx families in the US. For the last two meetings, we will be sharing culture through themes. This next meeting, we will share music from our cultures...think of a song title to share with the group that represents your culture and identity!!
Please let me know if you plan to attend by responding to this email by Thursday 5/10.
We will have two more meetings this year - Friday, May 12th and Friday, June 9th!!! The last meeting's theme will be FOOD!!
