, Tuesday, April 25th is the field trip to the Asian American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) at Portland State University! Details below:
TIME OF DEPARTURE: 7:00am - The North Clackamas school bus will pick us up in the parking lot at CMC. Please make sure to be there by 7:00 am. If you need to contact Karyn the morning of the event, please call 732-259-6191.
TIME OF RETURN: 4:00 pm - Buses have a projected return to the home high schools at approximately 4:00pm. Please arrange for transportation home from CMC.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided during the event. Here is the homepage with the schedule and information on the presenters. The full conference booklet is attached.

Each year, close to 500 high school students, selected from multiple school districts, both public and private, from Oregon and SW Washington attend the Asian American Youth Leadership Conference. Students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including Cambodian, Chinese, Filipino, Hmong, Indian, Iranian, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Mien, Pacific Islander, Pakistani, Thai, Tibetan, and Vietnamese, among others were in attendance.
