Graduates and Parents of Graduates;

Congratulations to those who intend to complete their high school journey this year and participate in our graduation ceremony. For some of you it has been a hard road, for others easy sailing. For all, graduation is happening sooner than we realize. 

Graduation will be on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Rolling Hills Community Church on 3550 SW Borland Rd in Tualatin, OR 97062 at 7:00pm.  Graduates will need to arrive by 6:30pm for the group photo, we will line up at 6:45pm to walk and graduation will start at 7:00pm sharp. There is no limitation on the number of guests and no tickets issued.

Mandatory Rehearsal will be on the same day, Friday,June 2^nd at 12:00pm at Rolling Hills Church. A bus will depart CMC at 11:45am or you can drive yourself.

Attached with this letter is the order form for caps and gowns. Orders need to be placed by Friday, March 10th . 

You will order your own cap and gown through Jostens:

Our graduates will wear navy blue gowns with navy caps and mixed navy blue/green tassels. Graduates are required to wear a cap and gown at graduation. There will be no exceptions. Orders must be made online at Jostens and not through CMC. If you have a cap and gown that was worn at a CMC Graduation from a sibling, you can wear this but you will need to purchase a tassel from the website above for your cap.  

All caps and gowns will be delivered to the school. You will need to pick your cap and gown up at the school prior to graduation.

Your 3 photos and your senior quote for the gradation slideshow are due by May 5^th. This slideshow will play during the graduation as we call your name when you come up to get your diploma. If you don’t submit photos and a quote, then just your name will appear on the screen.

3. Scroll Down To: SHOP GRADUATION PRODUCTS

4. Click on Essential Pack: Essential Package $60.25, Click on Customize

(Cap, Gown, Tassel) $60.25 - This is what you  will need to walk at Graduation. 

5. Complete the information for the Cap & Gown Unit (Height, Weight,  Gender). Then Click NEXT 

6. STACKED TASSEL - Click Next

7. Add To Cart - 

8. Check Out - Be sure to enter Students First & Last Name. The  package is delivered to the school, this way I will know who it belongs  to.

Essential Pack - $60.25 - Includes Cap, Gown, & Tassel - All are needed to walk at  Graduation on June 2nd. ORDERS ARE DUE BY MARCH 10th.
