CMC Community,

As we close out our winter trimester, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some special activities we are planning at Clackamas Middle College (CMC) to celebrate the hard work put into the year by our students and staff.

On Thursday, March 23rd, we will take our students to Mt. Hood to go snow tubing. We will board buses and head up to the mountain, where students can snow tube for a few hours and return to CMC in the afternoon. If your student would like to participate, please check the appropriate choice, sign below, and have your student return this form to their CMC advisor. It is important to have your student bring a sack lunch on the day of the trip and to dress warm!! Hats, gloves, coats, boots (if you have them)... Bring a change of clothes if you don't have these items or want to wear warm, dry clothes for when we return to CMC.
The cost of busing and snow tubing, tubes included, will be covered by CMC. Please do not bring your own sleds or snowboards. You are NOT allowed to drive yourself, you must take the bus with the school. Buses will depart CMC at 9:00am sharp.

We would like all students to participate in the special activities planned for this day. If you don’t want your student to participate, please mark the appropriate choice and sign below.

I would also like to let you know that there will be no school for students on Friday, March 24th, 2023, as teachers prepare final grades for the winter trimester.
