November 1, 2023

Clackamas Middle College (CMC) Community,

As we enter the mid-point of our fall trimester, we would like to host our virtual Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 6th.  These conferences will give families an opportunity to meet with their child and teachers to provide any necessary support to complete a successful trimester.

These virtual conference dates are for families of students in all of CMC’s programs.  We will have CMC counselors, teachers, and other staff members available to answer any questions you might have. The purpose of the conference is to increase your understanding of your child’s journey throughout the 2023-2024 school year.  As we go through this process together, please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have about your child’s progress. We encourage all families to log into their North Clackamas (Google) email account with their child.  Prior to signing up, please review your child’s grades (via ParentVUE/StudentVUE) to pick the appropriate day/time for the conference.

The conference times for Monday, November 6th begin at 11:30am and run through 7:00pm in the evening with a smaller break, and dinner break built into the schedule for our staff.

Schedule Your Child's Conference Day and Time

These days are very important to your child’s education. We are looking forward to the conference and working with you to ensure the success of your child. If you cannot attend during the days and times listed above, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers/counselors. This week, we will email families Google Meet teacher codes to enter the conferences directly during the appropriate scheduled times.

There will be no school for students in CMC’s College Prep Program Monday, November 20th through Wednesday, November 22nd to give staff time to plan and prepare to close out the fall trimester.  Students who are in the Pathways to College Program, Pathways to Careers or the College Extended Options Program will still be required to attend their college classes on these days.  Thanksgiving Break is November 23rd & November 24th; both CMC & CCC will be closed on these days.
Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you, and we wish you the best this school year!
