Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences virtually - Click link to schedule - (This day is for students who are receiving B’s or above, or who couldn’t meet on the first day of conferences) - No School for CMC / CCC has classes

I hope this communication finds your family safe and well.

As we implement Comprehensive Distance Learning (CDL) this fall, our conferences will look a little different this year.  CMC will host its annual Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences virtually for two days instead of one to give families more of an opportunity to meet with their child and teachers.  This year, our Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences will be on Monday, November 23^rd, and Tuesday, November 24^th. 

These virtual conference dates are for families of students in all of CMC’s programs.  We will have CMC counselors, teachers, and other staff members available to answer any questions you might have. The purpose of these conferences is to increase your understanding of your child’s journey throughout the 2020-2021 school year.  As we go through this process together, please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have about your son’s/daughter’s progress. We encourage all families to log into their North Clackamas (Google) email account with their child.  Prior to signing up, please review your child’s grades (via ParentVUE/StudentVUE: to pick the appropriate day for the conference.

On Day 2-Tuesday, November 24^th, we are focusing on families with students who are receiving B’s or above, or who couldn’t meet on the first day of conferences. The conference times for Day 2-Tuesday, November 24^th begin at 8:15am and run through 3:45pm with a smaller break, and lunch break built into the schedule.  If your child has a B or above in most classes, please go to the following link to schedule the best time to meet with your child’s instructors on Day 2-Tuesday, November 24^th from 8:15am-3:45pm.

These days are very important to your son’s/daughter’s education. We are looking forward to the conference and working with you to ensure the success of your child. If you cannot attend during the days and times listed above, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers/counselors during their office hours throughout the week. Within the next week, we will email families Google Meet teacher codes to enter the conferences directly during the appropriate scheduled times.

As a reminder, there will be no school for students in CMC’s College Prep Program Monday, November 23^rd through Wednesday, November 25^th.  Students who are in the Pathways to College Program, Pathways to Careers or the College Extended Options Program will still be required to attend their college classes on these days.  Thanksgiving Break is November 26th & November 27th, both CMC & CCC will be closed on these days.
