Clackamas Middle College Students and Parents,

This letter is to remind you of a few announcements as they pertain to Clackamas Middle College. 

Next week, Friday, January 24^th and Monday, January 27^th - Wednesday, January 29^th, the school day for all students in CMC’s College Prep Program will be shortened due to semester finals at the district high schools.  Because we rely on district busing, the school day will run from 8:50am-12:20pm.  We won’t be having lunch during these half days, and buses will take in-district students to their boundary high school where they will catch their regular buses home around 12:50pm. 

In order to maximize class time during these days, we will be on the following schedule:

• Friday, January 24^th – Wednesday, January 29^th   
• 8:50am-9:25am- Period 1
• 9:30am-10:10am- Period 2
• 10:15am-10:55am- Period 3
• 11:00am-11:40am- Period 4
• 11:45am-12:20pm-Period 5

This is also a reminder to students and families that Thursday, January 30^th and Friday, January 31^st are work/in-service days; therefore, there will be no school on these days for students in CMC’s College Prep Program.

Students in CMC’s Pathways (PTC/PTCa) and College Extended Options (CEO) Programs will still be required to attend their college classes at the Harmony or Main Clackamas Community College Campuses during these days at their regularly scheduled times.

Also, Monday, February 17^th is Presidents Day and there will be no school for students in all of our programs.
