Dear Parent or Guardian,

As we close out on a very successful winter trimester, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some special activities we are planning at Clackamas Middle College to celebrate all the hard work put into the term by our students and staff.

On Thursday, March 21^st, we will be taking our students up to Mt. Hood to go snow tubing.  We will board buses and head up to the mountain, where students will be able to snow tube for a few hours, have lunch, and return to Clackamas Middle College in the afternoon for an awards ceremony.  If your child would like to participate, please have him/her bring $5 to school along with the permission slip. Please give the permission slip and $5 to Crystal Eschweiler BY MARCH 19^th.  This will cover the cost of transportation, lunch, and tubing.  If you are paying by check, please make it out to Clackamas Middle College.   

We would like all students to participate in all the special activities planned for this day, if there is a financial hardship, please contact Crystal.

I would also like to let you know that there will be no school for students on Friday, March 22^nd, 2019 as teachers prepare final grades for the winter trimester.

Please complete the attached Permission Slip (on the back of this letter) from Mt. Hood Ski Bowl and return to Crystal along with $5.00. This permission slip MUST be filled out completely and returned to Crystal.

Ski Bowl will not let anyone tube if they do not have this Permission Slip filled out.
