Dear Parent or Guardian,
As we close out on a very successful fall trimester, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some special activities we are planning at Clackamas Middle College to celebrate all the hard work put into the term by our students and staff.
On Thursday, December 19th, we will be taking our students roller skating and to do an hour of community service through Solve. Please dress appropriately for outdoor community service. We will board buses and leave for Oaks Park where students will be able to roller skate for a few hours, have lunch, and return to Clackamas Middle College in the afternoon for an awards ceremony. We are charging $5 for each student to cover the cost of the skating. The school will cover busing and the additional skating costs. Please make check payable to CMC or bring $5 cash and this form signed by parent/guardian to Crystal by Monday, December 16th. Students should bring a sack lunch.
I would also like to let you know that there will be no school for CMC students on Friday, December 20th as teachers prepare final grades for the fall trimester but CCC will be open.
Please indicate your choice, sign below and have your son/daughter return this form to Crystal by December 16th.
