nterested in anesthesiology and health care? Spend the morning with the Oregon Anesthesiology Group! Go behind the scenes at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and see what it’s like to work in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Explore careers in health care and participate in hands-on learning. Get college-and-career advice from medical professionals working in the field.

How to attend:

Step 1: Fill out the winter/spring student interest form ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!)

Step 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the winter/spring parent/guardian permission form ASAP. (Your application can’t be considered until this is done.) Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted.

Step 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you're accepted or waitlisted, or if the career day is full.

Step 4: Show up and have an amazing time!

Who can attend:

High school students in the Portland metro area are welcome to apply. We prioritize students from our partner school districts whenever space is limited (Gresham-Barlow, North Clackamas, Parkrose Portland Public Schools, Reynolds, Oregon Charter Academy).
