CMC Virtual Conferences 8am- 3:45pm - See Attached & Link to Schedule

Clackamas Middle College (CMC) Community,

As we enter the midpoint of our winter trimester, we would like to host our virtual Parent/Guardian-Teacher Conferences on Friday, February 2nd.  These conferences will give families an opportunity to meet with their child and teachers to provide any necessary support to complete another successful trimester.

These virtual conference dates are for families of students in all of CMC’s programs.  We will have CMC counselors, teachers, and other staff members available to answer any questions you might have. The purpose of the conference is to increase your understanding of your child’s journey throughout the 2023-2024 school year.  As we go through this process together, please feel free to ask any questions or voice any concerns you may have about your child’s progress. We encourage all families to log into their North Clackamas (Google) email account with their child.  Prior to signing up, please review your child’s grades (via ParentVUE/StudentVUE) to pick the appropriate time for the conference. 

The conference times for Friday, February 2nd begin at 8:00am and run through 3:45pm with a lunch break built into the schedule for our staff.

These days are very important to your child’s education. We are looking forward to the conference and working with you to ensure the success of your child. If you cannot attend during the days and times listed above, please feel free to contact your child’s teachers/counselors. Early next week, we will email families Google Meet teacher codes to enter the conferences directly during the appropriate scheduled times.

There will be no school for students in CMC’s College Prep Program Friday, February 2nd due to these conferences.  We do encourage your child to attend with you for a successful conference.  Students who are in the Pathways to College Program, Pathways to Careers or the College Extended Options Program will still be required to attend their college classes on this day.  

Also, as a reminder, Presidents Day is Monday, February 19th.  Both CMC & CCC will be closed on these days.
