AWS Elemental Career Day (Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023): Come meet the engineers, data scientists, program managers and software architects behind one of the world's global tech giants. Connect directly with professionals (including some inspiring women in tech) for career insights. IN PERSON at AWS.

Dream of having a job in the tech industry? Come meet the engineers, designers, data scientists, program managers, and software architects who work together at Amazon Web Services (AWS) here in Portland to build everything on the Internet.

How to attend:

ASAP. (Type your email address and cell number carefully so we can reach you!)

Step 2: Have your parent/guardian fill out the parent/guardian permission form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd2LjgcWDX-SI2nsg3FAJsm6JhCAXvKkeuzTDPr7-ANP95FpQ/viewform

ASAP. (Your application can’t be considered until this is done.) Students who do this early have much better luck at being accepted.

Step 3: PWA will contact you to let you know if you're accepted or waitlisted, or if the career day is full.

Step 4: Show up and have an amazing time!

Who can attend:

High school students in the Portland metro area are encouraged and welcome to apply. Priority is given to students from PWA partner districts (Parkrose, Reynolds, Gresham-Barlow, North Clackamas, Oregon Charter Academy, Portland Public Schools). Students from other districts are always welcome and accepted whenever space is available.
