Dear Parent or Guardian,

As we close out on a very successful winter trimester, I would like to take this opportunity to share with you some special activities we are planning at Clackamas Middle College to celebrate all of the hard work put into the term by our students and staff.

On Thursday, March 23rd, we will be taking our students up to Mt. Hood to go snow tubing.  We will board buses and head up to the mountain, where students will be able to snow tube for a few hours, have lunch, and return to Clackamas Middle College in the afternoon for an awards ceremony.  If your child would like to participate, please have him/her bring $5 to school and pay Crystal Eschweiler.  This will cover the cost of transportation, lunch, and tubing.  If you are paying by check, please make it out to Clackamas Middle College.   

We would like all students to participate in all of the special activities planned for this day, if there is a financial hardship, please contact Crystal. If you don’t want your son/daughter to participate, we will have an alternate assignment for them as they remain at Clackamas Middle College on Thursday. 

I would also like to let you know that there will be no school for students on Friday, March 24, 2017 as teachers prepare final grades for the winter trimester.

Permission Slip Attached - Please indicate your choice, print the student name, sign below and have your son/daughter return this form along with $5 to Crystal Eschweiler at the front desk. If you paid for the Ice Skating, your $5.00 will be credited to you, Crystal has a list of who paid.  This permission slip must be returned to Crystal if you plan on going.
