CEO Student Support 20-21-Office Hours: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri 11:00 am - 12:00 pm Assignments

I attached materials relevant to last week's CEO Student Support Meeting to help students get ready for Winter Term Registration. Please make sure to attend your scheduled advising appointment over the next 2 weeks and check your ed plan/follow-up email if you've already met with me!

Please review the presentation to familiarize yourself with the tools needed for academic planning for CCC classes next term and answer the following question by Wednesday, November 11th at 11:59pm. (Students in the CEO 1st & 2nd term CRS class can answer this question in your CRS Google Classroom by Monday night)

Hello CEO Students!

All CEO Students are REQUIRED to submit their current grades and participation feedback (if available) in all classes to me by email at [email protected] due next Friday, October 30th. Please take this next week to check in with your teachers and find out what your grade is in each class, if available.

An email to your instructors is sufficient, and please forward me their response. A screenshot of Moodle gradebook will also be sufficient if accurate and easy to read. Please send me your grade for each class no later than Friday, October 30th (by 11:59pm!) Thank you!!

***PLEASE NOTE - If you're taking CJA-101, ESR-171 or PSY-200 with CMC this term please check under the "Grades" tab on Moodle and send me a screenshot instead of emailing your instructors***

Hello,

I am hoping you could send me my current grade in your class and any feedback about my work or participation that might be helpful in order to be successful in your class. If possible, I need to know what my grade is by Thursday, October 29th in order to let my high school counselor know what my progress is in your class by Friday, October 30th.

Please review the meeting recording and complete the Week 4 exit ticket by Monday, October 26th at 11:59 pm. Most of the links and resources discussed in the meeting can be found on the CMC College and Career Center website under "CMC Counseling: College Planning Resources" and "CMC Counseling: Financial Aid and Scholarship Resources" pages.

Please review the meeting materials and class recording and complete this week's exit ticket by Monday, 10/19 by 11:59 PM (this has been pushed back from noon for the rest of the term).

Please complete the Welcome Back Student Survey (sent out earlier this week as well and posted below) and CCC Transportation Survey (Link is called Clackamas County TDP and entering contact info for $25 drawing is OPTIONAL) by 10/12 at noon.

Please review the following resources to get ready for next week and to become familiar with the FAFSA. Complete the CEO Readiness Survey exit ticket by Monday, 10.5.20 at 12pm. Meeting recording and all materials we covered are attached. Please review the DUE PROCESS slideshow to review all student behavior and expectations BEFORE completing the exit ticket.

Please make sure to complete the exit ticket for the CEO orientation by Monday 9/28 at noon! This applies to ALL CEO students, even if you could not attend the live sessions! I posted the 1st & 2nd term recording in the CRS classroom and the returning student session recording is posted below (and was emailed out).
