To You Kids...

It would be great to set aside the time to talk to each of you and say thanks for the Language Arts magic shared throughout the years, or to chide you one last time for texting in my class or forgetting an assignment. But the year is done, it all happened so quickly didn't it?
Good luck to you all. High school can be tough, hopefully things at CMC make it a little easier. Go easy on Ryan, he is kinda sensitive.

I will miss you all!

I have enjoyed working at the Clackamas Middle College for four years. CMC has the greatest kids that I have ever worked with, and the school is a model for the state. The staff here is amazing and I am extremely proud of the impact that we make on the community. In 2007, I decided to pursue a licensure program through PSU to become a principal. It will be a difficult transition to leave this position. I been very, very lucky to work here and I will miss the students and my colleagues a lot. I will continue to work in the Charter School movement and hopefully will have the chance to craft my own school using many of the facets that CMC employs.
