According to the video, Behind Taliban Lines, what is the U.S.'s best strategy in Afghanistan?

For example, should the U.S. pull out all of its military force, should the U.S. contribute aid to Afghanistan to help build their infrastructure; should the U.S. focus on achieving victory in Afghanistan through military force; should the U.S. engage in a combination of the previously mentioned two strategies; should the U.S. incite the Taliban to lay down their arms through financial payments, etc.
