Eric Stone received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & International Relations with a Japanese emphasis from Willamette University in Salem, OR. After six months in Japan, he returned to the Portland area and spent a year and half at the Christie School in Marylhurst, OR. He went on to earn a Master's of Science in Special Education degree from Portland State University, specializing in working with emotional and behavioral disturbances. Four
years as a Learning Specialist in a self-contained classroom at Whitford Middle School in Beaverton lead to another Master's degree in Counseling - again from Portland State University. After six years as a high school counselor at Tigard High School, an opportunity opened up for a guidance counselor at Clackamas Middle College. It has been four years since his arrival at CMC - and in his spare time he trains for and runs marathons, while occasionally making time to play a round of golf or two to maintain his sanity...
