A Mid-Week Thought for the Day....PSY-101

The question is laid out

For each of us to ask:

Whether to hold on

Or to drop the mask.

- Martha Boesing

In looking at our families, our real families, is there any relevance to Boesing's quote or question posed....see you Friday. -ews

Hmmm...

I am not sure what the quote is supposed to mean. In life we should probably drop the masks and live a more open life, but this is an extreme difficulty. Especially for those individuals who have an eventful or criminal life. Our families are likely to think in a negative fashion about us if we don't drop our innocent masks and expose the violent, permiscuous street urchin below.

Family can be people that you are just related to or the relationships with them can be so much more, and I believe that it is really up to you if you want to drop the mask and let that family of yours in, relatives, friends, teachers, etc..

Just to let you know...

I am a student in your human relations class who doesn't want her/his identity known, not some creepy pedophile who likes to look at highschool websites for fun. Just try to figure out who I am.

blue american - I did not mean to infer that you may be creepy, etc. - rather I thought you might be a member of the Vegas community choosing to preserve his/her secret identity...I do have some idea of whom you might be - covered by masks and persona...as revealed through comments on your blog!
