For me to deal with stress is to get out and get some fresh air..when i am stressed i don't really talk to many people, i keep to myself and try to get what is making me stressed done with. If it is something that is not important to me then i just blow it off and stay away from that situation. I avoid it by just knowing things that will make me feel that way and working on staying back from it and not get involved..also another thing for me is to write music..For me music is a good way to get feelings out on paper and to let alot of things go..

i try to avoid stress by not taking on more then i can chew. if i do get into stressful situations i dont know how i cope. i guess it just depends. if it is people always sressing me out i try to avoid them. i get stressed out during the school year mostly.

I don't think I have a spacific thing I do to cope with stress. When I'm stressed out I just try to take things one at a time so I don't get myself frustrated and even more stressed out then I already am.
To avoid stress I just try to look at the positive side of things i guess.
I try to do everything the best that I can do it because the sesult from today will be help me in the feture like knowlege and experience. Thak you so much Dan.

The way i cope with stress is i try to see what i can get done when i have free time instead of wasiting until itt is the night before. If i can work on my term project on sunday or in traffic on the way home than i will do it then. I also plan activities when i don't have anything to do at all; homework, work, or church activities. This is also how i avoid stress, i get my stuff done so it doesn't pile up so much and if it does i then see what is more important and do it first.
I don't cope with stress. I just get ANGRY. And I don't even know how to avoid stress in the first place!

dan i think when people are coping with stress they realy dont think that; O is this going to affect me in 5 years or not. I know when i am stressd i do stuff in the now and dont focuse on the long term affect. but the way i deal is i just seprate my self from the thing causing me stress.

That was a really good advice you gave us through the quote. But for myself, I cope through stress by listening to music or talking on the phone with my friends. It relaxes me and gets my mind off the problems. Also I try to be optimistic and look at the brighter side of things. Everything happens for a reason, dont stress it. "One door closes, many doors will open."
i think that a good way of dealing with stress is working out going to the gym , or just simply going for a walk . i noticed that when i'm stressed out if i go for a walk or go to the gym for a while it helps a lot and i feel relaxed.
