Progress Reports are coming!
I would like all work for this progress report to be turned in by Monday, October 19, with a final deadline for all work for this progress report on Tuesday, October 20. The last daily assignment that will be on this progress report will be the assignment from Friday, October 16.

Public Speaking - Extracurricular Opportunity
On Saturday, December 6, 2008, a speech tournament will be held at Clackamas High School (where I am the assistant coach). You will have the opportunity to watch competitive speech and debate, and then write up a summary to show me what you have learned. This summary should include:

As you know, we have short week this week. Here are a few reminders for my various classes.
Algebra: make sure to complete your work as it is assigned and see Ameena or Dan if you have questions!
Geometry: make sure to complete your work as it is assigned, and keep taking good notes. I'm going to quiz you on our work with triangles on Monday, November 3.
Pre-Calculus: Quiz 3 is on Wednesday, October 29 or Monday, November 3 (student choice)
Speech: Chapter 14 quiz is on Tuesday, October 28. Wednesday, October 29 is the day you can make up any missing speeches (speech of introduction, informative speech, or tribute speech).
