Print a paper copy of the Clackamas Middle College Application (PDF), fill it out, take the COMPASS Test at Clackamas Community College, Harmony Campus, or Clackamas Community College, Oregon City Campus.

• Return the completed application, with the COMPASS Test scores included, to CMC by:

• fax (503-518-5928)
• mail (12021 SE 82nd Avenue, Happy Valley, OR 97086)
• drop off your application at CMC (12021 SE 82nd Avenue, Happy Valley, OR 97086)

• A student's application will not be processed until all components have been completed. This includes a completed application along with COMPASS Test scores from the community college.

• After receiving the student's application we will set up an appointment with the student to determine the student's best placement in our programs.

• If our school is at maximum enrollment we will put the student on the waiting list.
